1. Introduction

Welcome to JRM Football Coaching. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our coaching services and website. By booking a session or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and verified
• Session fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by JRM Football Coaching
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: Full credit towards future session
• Less than 24 hours: No refund or credit
• No-show: Full session fee charged
• Weather cancellations: Sessions cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional cost

4. Health and Safety

The safety of all participants is our top priority. By booking a session, you confirm that:

• The participant is medically fit to take part in physical activity
• You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect participation
• You will provide emergency contact information
• Appropriate sports attire and footwear will be worn
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by coaches

5. Liability and Insurance

JRM Football Coaching maintains comprehensive public liability insurance through Ripe Insure4Sport:

However:

• Participants take part in sessions at their own risk
• JRM Football Coaching is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by negligence
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after sessions
• We recommend participants have their own personal accident insurance

6. Code of Conduct

All participants and parents/guardians are expected to:

• Treat coaches, other participants, and parents with respect
• Follow instructions from coaches at all times
• Arrive on time for sessions
• Avoid disruptive or dangerous behavior
• Report any concerns to coaches immediately

JRM Football Coaching reserves the right to exclude any participant who fails to adhere to the code of conduct, without refund.

7. Photography and Media

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing when booking.

8. Data Protection

We collect and store personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Your data will only be used for booking management, communication about sessions, and emergency contact purposes. We will never share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

JRM Football Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
